McCormick Names Davidson V.P. - Consumer Food Manufacturers

SPARKS, Md., Sep 15, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Wendy Davidson, has been named Vice President - U.S. Consumer Food Manufacturers for the U.S. Industrial Group of McCormick & Company, Inc. (NYSE:MKC).

In this position, Ms. Davidson will be responsible for providing leadership to the growth strategy of the Consumer Food Manufacturers segment of the U.S. Industrial Business.

"Wendy brings a breadth of experience in innovative business strategy as well as new business development, and she will provide the strategic leadership we need to capitalize on these growth opportunities with our most important Customers."

Most recently Ms. Davidson was Senior Vice President and General Manager of National Accounts and Prepared Foods for Tyson Foods Inc.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College and is on the Boards of Directors for Multicultural Foodservice Hospitality Alliance and the Susan G. Komen Ozark Affiliate.

Wendy, her husband Thor, and two children will relocate to the Baltimore area.
