McCormick Declares $.20 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.20 per share on its common stocks payable October 11, 2001, to shareholders of record September 28.

This is the 77th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
