SPARKS, Md., March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.20 per share on its common stocks payable April 12, 2001, to shareholders of record April 2.
This is the 77th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
