McCormick Declares 10.5 Cents Quarterly Dividend
SPARKS, Md., Jun 18, 2002 -- The Board of
Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a
quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on its common stocks payable July 12,
2002, to shareholders of record June 28.
This is the 78th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
