SPARKS, Md., Mar 31, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share on its common stocks payable April 26, 2010, to shareholders of record on April 12, 2010.

This is the 86th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
