McCormick Declares $0.19 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share on its common stocks, payable October 12, 2000, to shareholders of record September 29.

This is the 76th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
