McCormick Declares $0.18 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on its common stocks payable October 20, 2006, to shareholders of record on October 6.

This is the 82nd year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
