SPARKS, Md., Sept. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on its common stocks payable October 21, 2005, to shareholders of record on October 7.
This is the 81st year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
