McCormick Declares $0.16 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on its common stocks payable July 22, 2005, to shareholders of record on July 8.

This is the 81st year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
